Sirmione is one of Italy’s most sought-after real estate destinations, with prices exceeding €4,100/m² — almost double the provincial average. Amid history, thermal spas and lake views, the GardaHaus Sirmione team works every day with a demanding international clientele, in a market where even rents are growing at double-digit rates. An office where expertise and passion for the area make all the difference.
