The Data Controller for the personal data collected through the careers-ghgroup.it website is Garda Haus Srl, with registered office at Via Antonio Meucci 77, 25080 Padenghe sul Garda (BS), Italy — VAT no. 01947970982, as a company of the GardaHaus Real Estate Group. For any request regarding the processing of personal data, please write to padenghe@gardahaus.it.
Purpose of processing
The personal data provided through the application form on this site (first name, last name, email address, phone number, cover letter, curriculum vitae and office of interest) is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- evaluating the application for the indicated position or, in the case of a spontaneous application, for the Group’s open positions;
- contacting the candidate regarding the selection process;
- with specific consent, retaining the curriculum vitae for the possible evaluation of future job opportunities within the Group.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Retaining the curriculum vitae beyond the duration of the current selection process only takes place with the data subject’s specific consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using IT tools and security measures appropriate to current technological standards, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency set out in the GDPR. Data is retained for the duration of the selection process for the position applied for; where consent has been given for retention for future opportunities, data is kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized, unless consent is renewed.
Data disclosure
Data may be shared with other offices and companies of the GardaHaus Group involved in the selection process, as well as with third-party providers acting as data processors on behalf of the Company (for example, IT and hosting service providers). Data is never disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data is stored on servers located within the European Union; no transfers to non-EU countries are envisaged.
Nature of the data provided
Providing the data requested in the application form is optional but necessary in order to be considered in the selection process: failure to provide the data makes it impossible to evaluate the application.

As a data subject, you have the right, at any time, under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, to: access your personal data, rectify or supplement inaccurate data, request erasure of data (in the cases provided for by law), restrict processing, request data portability and object to processing. These rights can be exercised by writing to padenghe@gardahaus.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
